What is Process Service?

Process Service is when legal documents are delivered to the individual (or party of interest) that the documents are addressed to. The person who delivers these documents must not be a party to the case.

What does a process server do?

A legal process server delivers (“serves”) the legal documents to a defendant or an individual involved in the court case.

Why do I need a registered process server?

A registered process server is someone who is experienced in delivering legal documents and is well versed with the legal requirements and constraints associated with the documents that they handle.  The legal status of a registered process server provides further legal protection and authority.

How much will this service cost me?

The costs are dependent on the number of individuals requiring service and also the location of the address. Typical services range from $55.00+.

How long is the turnaround time for services?

Most services are done within a week. However, they can be sooner or later depending on the particular situation.

What if I have and ‘x’ amount of services that needed to be done. Is there a discount?

We offer our clients special bulk pricing. Contact us to get your rate schedule.

Do you give any legal advice?

No. However, we can supply you with procedures that are required in order to perform a service. Only your attorney can advise you on specifics for your case.

Do you accept appointments for me to discuss my service?

Yes. Give our office a call to schedule an appointment so that we can have an account manager ready to discuss the service your require.

I have my paperwork, what do I need to give you?

We need:

1. Instruction Letter or fill out our Work Order
2. Copy of Documents to be served.
